For marketing directors

One person cannot hold a line. With us, you are not alone on it

You have a long list and not enough hands. We become those hands: sharp, persistent, quick. And we stand behind you when a decision has to be defended to the CEO or the board.

Your week probably looks like this

You are the bottleneck. Strategy, copy, agencies, analytics, reporting upward. All of it passes through you, because there is nobody else for it to pass through.

No time for the deep work. Market analysis and buyer profiles are exactly what would move the needle most. They are also the first things to slip.

Agencies add work instead of removing it. They come back with questions, you check their output by hand, and you end up writing the briefs yourself.

Decisions have to be defended. You know why this direction is right. But a board wants numbers and arguments, not conviction — and assembling those is on you as well.

There is a worn-out phrase, “we become an extension of your team”. We don’t like phrases like that, so here it is concretely: you stop writing briefs and proofreading copy — we do that, and we do it three times over.

What the extra hands actually are

A team you do not have to hire

Around twenty people, and we have never had an office — remote since before the pandemic, which is why the process is genuinely worn in rather than described in a deck.

The ones who write

Every piece goes through three checks: SEO, fit to the persona, and a language edit. Filler does not convert, and we did not learn that from blog posts.

The ones who count

Market, competitor and results-page analysis. Where we have access to the data, we tie enquiries to the funnel stage of the page they came from.

The ones who carry the routine

Technical optimisation, link building, checks, reporting. Everything that eats your time without needing your head.

The part that matters most

We are on your side, and on the project’s

That is not a figure of speech but a working position. When you go in to defend a direction, a budget or a decision to drop a channel, you need arguments — and we build them with you.

The potential × reachability matrix — it shows a board why this direction and not that one

Market movement figures from open sources, which anyone can verify

A competitor breakdown: what they do and where the gaps are

A forecast with honest limits — where we are confident and where we are guessing

A willingness to say “this will not work” before the budget is spent

And the reverse holds too: if we think a decision is wrong, we say so to you rather than staying quiet to avoid an argument with a client.

How it runs day to day

You approve, then the work happens

01

The monthly plan

We bring it, you approve it. Or you delegate and we hold to the schedule ourselves. The plan is an annex to the contract, not a verbal understanding.

02

Work without chasing

You get a dedicated project manager. We almost never hold up our side — that is a consequence of running remote since 2019, not a promise.

03

Finished material, not drafts

Copy arrives after three checks. What is left for you is approving the substance, not hunting for mistakes.

04

Reporting you can pass upward

Every task, every hour, every external payment on its own line. Plus the thing a board actually cares about: how enquiries are moving.

Questions

What we get asked most

Will you go around me straight to the CEO?

No. Communication runs through you, and we write reports so that you can pass them upward as your own. If it helps, we join a board meeting with you — not instead of you.

We already have an agency for part of this. Can you work alongside them?

Yes, that is a common setup. We separate the zones and write down who owns what. What we will not do is pretend to supervise somebody else’s work.

How deep do you go into the product?

Deep enough to write without filler. For complex products that means interviews with your experts and a dedicated GPT agent carrying the project’s personas, which every brief passes through. That has been standard for us since 2023.

What if I want to change direction mid-quarter?

Time & Materials exists for exactly that. A task we did not start is not invoiced, and the scope flexes up or down with what you actually need.

We can take the load off within a month

Start with the competence map and market analysis. It costs a few hours of your time, and it produces the work that usually gets postponed.
