For heads of sales

A warm lead does not need the basics explained

Your reps spend the first twenty minutes of every call on something a page could have done. We make sure that by the time someone dials, they already know who you are and why you.

Where the time goes

The lead arrives cold. Never heard of the company, does not follow the product, and is comparing you to three others on price. The cycle stretches.

Your rep explains the same thing daily. The same objections, the same questions, out loud every time. There is nothing to send instead.

Nothing to follow up with. You have a deck and a homepage. What you do not have is a page answering this person’s specific objection.

No idea where the good leads come from. Enquiries arrive, but which pages produce the ones that close is an open question.

A B2B buyer reads around thirteen pieces of content before deciding. The only question is whose thirteen they are.

What changes

Content as part of the sales funnel, not a separate channel

We build material across every stage of the decision — Awareness → Consideration → Decision. Each stage removes its own objection, and each one can be sent as a link.

Awareness

They do not yet know the problem is solved this way. Objection: “is this even about me?” This is where search and model answers bring people in.

Consideration

They know the approach and are choosing between options. Objection: “why this way?” Comparisons, breakdowns and numbers work here.

Decision

They are choosing a supplier. Objection: “why you, and why now?” Case studies, method and concrete terms.

For the sales team

A library you can send from

The side effect clients value most: reps finally have something to send after a call. Not a forty-slide deck, but a page aimed at one specific objection.

A page for each standard objection you hear every week

Material written for a specific persona — a CTO and a procurement lead read different things

Breakdowns and comparisons you can send instead of an hour of explaining

Case studies with figures the buyer can verify themselves

Answers that language models cite when a buyer asks who to go with

We do not keep buyer profiles in a document. Each project has its own GPT agent carrying its personas, and every brief and every copy check passes through it.

What we measure

Rankings are an intermediate metric. We count enquiries

No client pays for rankings. Where we have access to the data, we tie analytics to your sales system and look at which pages bring enquiries and what stage the person was at.

Which pages bring enquiries and which bring only traffic

What funnel stage the contact was at when they got in touch

Where the hole is: the stage your content does not cover

Search traffic and LLM traffic as separate lines in the monthly report

On one project enquiries from the US grew 124% in two months. Not because the traffic doubled, but because different traffic arrived.

Questions

What we get asked most

Do you generate leads?

We are not a lead-gen agency and we do not sell contact lists. We make it so that the people who need you find you themselves — in search and in model answers — and arrive already briefed.

How long until the first results?

Honestly: this is not a fast channel. First movement in rankings takes months; a steady flow of enquiries takes longer, depending on the niche and the state of the site. If you need enquiries next week, you need paid ads, and we will say so.

We sell a complex technical product. Will you get it?

That is our usual situation: industrial equipment, enterprise Java stacks, B2B eCommerce platforms. Where external tools see no demand, it is often there — just hidden behind low search volume.

Do you need access to our CRM?

Not necessarily. A summary from your side is enough: which pages show up among enquiries that closed. We work with trends and shares; the absolute figures of your sales are not something we need.

Let us find what your funnel is missing

We will map which stages of the decision your content already covers, and where the hole is that has your reps explaining the same thing every day.
